Tod's illustrations are digital creations. Two applications are used, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The highlights and shadows are executed “by eye,” the same as if he were painting on a traditional canvas. The subject aircraft is meticulously researched, and the initial rendering can take three to four months to complete.

The artwork is printed on an 8-color giclée printer. Giclée prints have a color range and vibrance that can't be matched by lithographs. All limited edition prints are numbered and signed by the artist.
Museum grade conservatory materials are used for every profile. Each gallery quality print is matted and backed using acid-free stock, to prevent yellowing of the illustration.
Please remember that the images presented on this website are limited by screen resolution. The security watermarks on the slideshow renderings are NOT on any prints sold!
